I have put a little over 1000 rounds through the Head Down Products PV13 rifle. They were nice enough to send it to us before it was released so we have spent some good quality time with it to see what we can find.

We have been testing the SRM1216 for a couple weeks so far and it is fun! This is a different system all together, it hasn’t been done before and it is simple.

The KSG has been ridiculed repeatedly since the first shipment went out. There were claims of feed issues, jamming and regular malfunctions. Looking at these claims, I will be the first to say that most come from sources that need to try harder, train harder and understand that it does not operate like every other gun, but we will get back to that in a bit.

The Kel-Tec KSG is off to a pretty good start. We have managed to put more than 1000 rounds through it in four days at the range.

So the idea of a survival rifle is somewhat misunderstood in most reviews, you are not going to fend off a bear or save the world with a .22. However, if you’re on a canoe trip and your means of transportation is suddenly compromised, you’d probably want the AR-7 in your pack.

Once in a while you see something that has so many imperfections you wish you could replicate it. Something about it tells a story so rich you could never make it up.

Let me just come right out in the beginning and say these two things, then we can all move on with it.
